@LeBrac Oui je les ai appelé 3x deja pour leur demander une solution de mobilité, les 2 premières fois on m'a dit qu'on allait me rappeler dans la journée, et la troisième on m'a carrément dit que tesla ne font pas de prêt de voiture

Je vais les appeler ce matin de nouveau pour leur dire qu'on a reçu la carte grise et qu'on a pas envie de commencer a payer les mensualités chez Santander alors qu'on a toujours pas le véhicule ou de solution de mobilité

sans mise en demeure c'est comme rien demandé.. il faut une preuve écrite A.R et avec tes souhaits. 15 jours et voiture de courtoisie à réception de ta lettre..etc...mais bon comme ils ont réparer alors c'est bien..

Bonsoir commande le 3 avril, fenêtre de livraison juin 2026 avec estimation de reprise de mon ancien model y de 2022 à 26900 euros, ajuster à 25745 euros. Reprise accepté et réception de la facture finale avec le numéro de vin le 1 juillet. Livraison prévue entre le 14 et le 23 juillet. Démarche au niveau de la banque et déblocage accepté des fonds.
Le 3 juillet expiration de la reprise et nouvelle offre à 23000 euros. Comment vous dire l'agacement et la frustration. Et maintenant que faire ?

Pour les pas malin comme moi, les infos de paiement sont page 2 de la facture finale (je n'avais pas vu la page 2, j'avais donc que le tableau bizarre).
Que 3 jours pour payer, heureusement qu'il y a les virements instantanés quand on en perd 2 à chercher une info qu'on a sous le nez.

Ce n'est pas la folie mais d'après Boring, oui, ça tombe régulièrement.

Ils y sont sur Boring. Il suffit de rentrer dans chaque ligne. Par exemple le VIN d'il y a 3 jours correspond à une commande du 14/4, la ligne suivante était pour une commande du 16/4, puis 17/4... Il y a tout le détail des commandes.

Oui le Live Feed est instructif! Les commandes de mi-Avril se sont vues attribuer des VIN (pour le hub Toulon). Merci à NMX-13 pour le live feed que je n'avais pas intégré.

Non c'était aussi mon cas ce matin, je viens de lancer et là c'est reparti.

Pour ma part, VIN remonté ce jour dans l'appli.
Commande le 07/04, VIN dans TOST le 07/07, puis le 10/10 dans l'application Tesla.

Livraison prévue à MAUREPAS entre le 15 et le 24. Sauf que je ne rentre en France que le 26.
J'ai envoyé un message au DA.
Je dois être le seul ici à tout faire pour retarder sa livraison !

Je ne suis pas encore livré, mais pour le moment, je trouve les délais très corrects pour un véhicule neuf sur commande.
